I'm about to get into one ( circumstances suite both parties ) but am not sure how to go about it. I don't want either side to be fleeced . Monthly rent should be 420 & bills.

Both parties have agreed to both keep looking for someone more suitable while the short term rent runs. It is between ( distant ) family so should be amicable.
