Ultra Violet Air Cleaning System

Hi I have had an offer accepted on a sandwich/deli property. The draft lease is now specifying I must install and maintain an ultra violet air cleaning system. It is not a change of use planning wise so I am not prepared to go to extra expense. Any one have a ball park what these may cost to install on a 80sq m groundfloor…
