BBC3 & BBC4 on Triax Box

    Hi,
    Am having recurring problems with receiving BBC3 and BBC4 channels on the Triax TSC114 Box.
    Will often require restarting the box to receive these channels. Am on the latest Firmware version and the channel listing from TV Trade.
    All other channels are perfect and the program details for 3 and 4 show up in the EPG even when the video signal doesn't.

    Anybody else seeing this and is there any work around.

    there both perfect for me

    *bbc 3 & 4 start transmission at 7 pm everyday, before that its a blank screen

    Thanks for that mr. Up.

    Appreciate the point about the late transmission times but I'm having the issue when the stations are transmitting, after 7:00 pm.

    Also my signal strength is about 65-68% with a quality of 95%+.

    :confused: thats what i get but with a perfect picture

    thats strange?? maybe do a rescan from scratch.. might do the trick

    Scan for the channels again after the 7 o clock threshold when cbbc and cbeebies end and bbc3&4 officially begin, have seen this a few times and this has so far resolved it for me.

    Many thanks Steveon.

    Did the rescan at 19:30 and found an alternate BBC 3 in the listing which appears to be more reliable and the original BBC 4 does not vanish now also.
