Since I updated to IO7 my iPad 2 is not charging above 50%. Was perfectly charging before update. What can I do?

Try a hard reset of home and power buttons, then if that doesn't work, try restoring through iTunes.

What happens if you leave it plugged in all night? And are you using a genuine Apple charger?

Tried the hard reset no good...
will try the restore through iTunes.
left plugged in over night and only charged to 50% would have been fully charged before.
    Yes using genuine Apple charger.

Unplugged it the other day and it sparked, cable still works but i think the part the usb connects into which has to socket prongs is broke. anyone know where i can getone of these or a charger cheap in the cork area. Restore as a new device when you're doing it and then put the backup on. It might help with the issue.
