    cowzerp has decided to step down from modding the forum as he doesn't have much time to get involved nowadays. I would therefore like to take this opportunity to thank him for his work in helping keep the forum running smoothly as well as his wider contributions

    You will see that we have appointed pablohoney87 as a replacement. Please join me in wishing him the best of luck in the role

    Rather than start a new thread I'll mention this here. Makikomi has also asked to step down from modding here, so I would like to thank him for helping out here. Hopefully we'll have some news on another new addition to the team shortly

    Good luck guys.. I orginally came here with the intention of promoting the Irish MMA scene at a time when it had little or no support from the forum.

    Thankfully I can bow out now feeling that my job is here done and you guys are giving the domestic scene some great support.

    And I hope Cowzer doesn't mind me saying this, but if you guys need any tips on your game I'd say keep touching base with him ~ he's a great coach, and at times has been my life coach too, encourage him to stick around!.
