Acer Warranty Collection Process

    I have to send my new laptop back for repair as it has a missing pixel. I registered on Acer's website and my case has been approved, I just am not totally clear on the UPS collection system. I called their automated telephone service as instructed, entered the account number I was given and they state the collection address as M50, Ballymount. There was no facility for entering in my own home address.

    Do I post the laptop to the UPS premises in Ballymount and UPS collect it or what is the story?
