    I ate a massive pack of M&S chip sticks and feel awful right now, its been 2 hours and still feel like crap. cant even move.

    also to note:
    dianose with many illness so dont take offence please sorry for spelling side effect from m&s chip sticks

    your very correct, thank you. it said for people with celaic to avoid weat,gluen,etc. there is a warning message on the packet saying allergic to weet,gluten,etc.

    dam, still feeling awful.this sucks :(

    Ask your doctor, nothing if celiac he will do blood tests and then just avoid gluten
