Can you teach with a fetac level 6?

    Currently I am studying Computer Science PLC Level 6 and I wish to know can I teach Computer Science at secondary school?

    No. You must have studied a subject to degree level (Level 8) to teach it at second level.

    Computer science isn't actually a secondary subject anyway. There's an LCA IT subject and students may get to do it as a short course in the new JC, but you would never make a living on the hours available.
