Origin has Mass Effect 3 for 4.99 atm. :P

    On steam, i'd recommend

    terraria 9.99
    space pirates and zombies 8.99
    game dev tycoon 8.99
    torchlight 2 9.49

+1 for Terarria. We are getting a free HUGE updated on October first for it too.

Torchlight 2 is on sale too. So you could get both of them for a 20eu.

While you at it, you can try some free to play games like Warframe.

FYI, mightn't be what you're looking for, but you can get Bioshock 1,2 & Infinite for $20 from amazon.com.

Sir Digby in recommending Stalker shocker :)

In a similar predictable move I was going to recommend my favorite arpg of all time, Gothic 3, but it's a tenner on steam and if it has to be steam then I can't suggest buying it on gog for a mere $4.

    Kentucky Route 0.

Brilliantly atmospheric adventure set against a network of lost and hidden roads in middle America. You should know by the trailer alone whether or not you'll love it.

I would say State of decay fits the brief. It's an RPG, basically. Looks good, it's under €20... think you need to use an xbox 360 controller for now though. But that's worth having even if you don't own an xbox as it works well with most new games.
