Betting Offices: Quarter the odds all handicaps

    Hi,

    Looking for locations of betting shops which offer "quarter the odds all handicap races"; particularly in Dublin but also countrywide. I think Celtic used to do it in all their shops, also some independents. Some Paddy Power and Boyle shops used to do so too, but these seem to be reducing.

    Also interested in any on going specials offered in individual shops, probably from independents in the main?
