    [font=arial, helvetica, sans-serif]Just rejoined was on monthly fixed bill with previous supplier, which I was happy with.[/font]

    [font=arial, helvetica, sans-serif]Was told by your door step rep, that processed my transfer that I could do the same with yourselves, just to contact support after the switch has been completed.[/font]

    [font=arial, helvetica, sans-serif]I'm currently on the valuesaver and received my first bill for the 1st 6 weeks. [/font]

    [font=arial, helvetica, sans-serif]Can you action the change of bill type for me. I can pm the details when requested.[/font]

    Can you please PM us your Electric Ireland account number, full name, address, contact number, and confirm that you are the account holder?
