If you go to http://www.eiretyres.com/ there's a comparison between noise wet grip rolling resistance etc
The cheapest one I'd go for on your link is khumo

    Is khumo a good brand?

Yes they are. I'd look at these also:

If your looking at 18" tyres then I'd discard anything under €100 straight away. Decent 18" tyres are not cheap.

Instead get Uniroyal RainExpert from Eiretyres for less than 70 and get Francis or fsknocknacarra.com fit them for you.

I have 2 Fedral SS595s on the front of my Octavia vRS and can't fault them.

I wanted a good rain tyre and I'm impressed with them in both the wet and dry.

Also honourable mention to Falken FK452s which I had on my 260bhp 200sx and they were excellent, although more expensive.

I'd love to have some people experience a proper tyre in the rain and bench mark from there. I had Fedral SS's on my old A4 and i found them awful.

    Hi All,

Not to hijack the OP's thread but I have a VW Golf 2010. I need 4 new tyres, I currently have Bridgestone Turanza ER 300 205/55 R16 91V.
I was quoted €360 to replace them. BEst quote I got so far. Just wondering are they good tyres and is there anything better in their class for around the same or cheaper price?
