    By the time you pay the cost of rental + a game and I'm sure you would have to lay out a sizable deposit you would be most of the way towards a 2nd hand console surely ?

    Buy one second hand for as cheap as you can to minimise any loss when you sell it on again. I bought one recently for gta v, will be selling it on once I've finished it I reckon
