I got an e mail this morning offering sky movies for 12 euro a month for 12 months.

I rang and they couldn't find the offer, i clicked through their online system and the offer wasn't there either.

    Anyone find this ??

Instead of ringing why not reply to the email sending the original text?

Apologies if I came across blunt but certainly call them, if you got a letter offering you this then someone could look into that.

    Print out the email.
Type a letter accepting the offer.
Post both to Sky offices via signed-for delivery.

    Easy!

I actually rang back today and spoke to someone a lot more helpful who also had never heard of the the promo BUT asked me to e mail him the mail i got.

I did so and he couldn't find a promo code for it and the marketing manager had never heard of it.......strange.

BUT he said there was a dept in the UK that would be able to add it to my account if i wanted and so................i now have sky movies for 12 months for 12 a month:)
