Looking for Career Advisor

    Hello,

I'm looking for some recommendation and or advice on the next step I should take in my career.

Currently I work for the HSE but the thoughts of spending many more years there fill me with dread.

I'm finding it hard to nail down which path / next step I should make. I have no degree to speak of so studying via Open University is one area I'm looking at (in a Marketing or Design field), the other options I'm considering is to work towards working a 4 day week for the HSE in order to start up my own operation either in Programming or Web Development.

If you have any advice on this type of situation or if you can recommend a good career advisor it would be appreciated.

    D.
