Hi

I am starting college in England on Monday. I qualify for an English grant and tuition loan fee as I was born there, however due to a delay in processing my National Insurance number I won't receive it for around 6 weeks.

The first instalment of fee payments is due on Monday and I am enquiring as to whether the college hold back until my tuition fee loan comes in or will I have to pay the instalment out of my own pocket on Monday?
