Casual, once-off work

I've been doing some work for a third level institution for the last month. It's casual and there's a fixed amount of work. My total income from it will be less than €1000. I have to send in a sheet of my hours worked and whatnot to get paid, as standard. Would I have to submit a P45 or anything with that? The time sheet says nothing about it. It's a one time payment, and I'm hoping to start another job soon where I'll need my P45.
