Bayside/Sutton area

Hi folks, I am looking at a property in Bayside/Sutton area, can anybody let me know something about this area (usual info stuff as is it safe, any trouble, shops, facilities, transports...) Neighbourhood is close to the Bayside Dart Station. Also, any flood risk there, I know the station got flooded a couple of years…
