HDMI Switch / Hub

OK so I just moved into a new apartment and am in the process of setting everything up. In my old place my equipment (media server, Xbox, Blu-Ray, cable box, and a few other pieces of tech) were all located beside my TV. Now unfortunately this is not possible and I have to locate them about 5m+ (when routed along the wall) in another corner.

I would prefer not to have 3+ HDMI cables to the TV. I am assuming you can get some sort of HDMI switch or hub? I know I have seen splitters before but I need something with at least of 3-4 inputs.

Can anyone recommend me something? Also what should / shouldn’t I be looking for and what kind of price am I talking about? Or am I better off just with individual cables to the TV?
