how to claim emergency tax

    not currently employed but how do i get my emergency tax back any help be great?

    no have worked in a few different places over the years

    If you have worked this year just give new employer your p45.. Should be no emergency tax . If not just ring revenue with your new employers paye reg no. And it'll come back to you through payroll

    Ah, I assumed it was a hypothetical question sorry

    Form p50

    Wait 4 weeks I think from when employment ended

    If tax is for 2012 2011 2010 or 2009 ask revenue for balancing statements for those years
