Registration problems

Help! Supposed to register for TCD postgrad course, but their system seems only to allow undergrads to register. I'm still waiting for SUSI to award me a grant and expect to receive the full special rate but the TCD system doesn't let me register or allow me to put in SUSI as sponsors - it just says my undergraduate course…

Any advice?

The HEA grant is not SUSI, as far as I am aware the HEA grant is the government's "free fees" program which covers four years of undergrad fees.
