What is this module about? is it compulsory to attend? It's on my timetable but not one of my core modules on blackboard

Is it an optional subject for people that may be struggling with their work? E-mailed the business college office about it last week but no reply

Yeah everyone has skills to succeed it seems but it's not on blackboard (for me anyways), and I only found out today that we have a 600 word essay for it , due Monday, and I don't know what it's about etc as it doesn't say anything on blackboard or my emails..

Haha it's not skills to succeed in exams, I did a module "skills for work life" back in second year, I'd imagine it's the same principle.

Can't remember what we did, was 100% continuous assessment I think, there were a lot of essays and the likes and presentations and stuff. Load of tutorials too

Yes it'll be compulsory, assuming it's B.Comm yes?

Its utter crap but attend it. Makes second year so much easier when you're doing PAL instead of project in second year

Yeah man! It's compulsory! And you will also have to do Study for Work Life in Year 2 and ICE in Year 3.
All are basically nonsense!! Attend PAL and certain classes to get marks and submit assignments on time without putting in too much effort.
