Is anyone else having issues with their sky at the moment? I'm getting a lot of blue screens, nothing is recording for me and live pause, rewind etc isn't working. I know of one other person with problems which is what makes me think it might be a sky issue as opposed to an issue with my skybox.

you should say make and type of box, is it sd or HD, what channels are affected? how old is the box, does it have the latest firmware, did you check connections, what is signal strength like? did you ring sky? have you done a planner rebuild?

and if its an old thomson hd box then solution is easy, get ir replaced.

First port of call when your Sky box slows down or has problems is to reboot it. That is, turn it off at the wall switch and give it a couple of minutes. This fixes most problems but if they still exist after a reboot you will most likely need a new box.
