If you get a herd health plan done up by your vet, what angles do they cover. Is it a case of taking dung and blood samples and tell ya do this that and the other for the rest of the year. Some of me stock don't seem to be that heavy for age .Was thinking of looking at getting a herd health plan done

Depends on vet. Normally best to start with having a chat. Plan develops from there. Some clinics have set plans in place. These can feel a bit like the vet telling you what to do. Not a big fan of that approach myself. Better to talk to him next time out, see what problems he feels going on. Take a few samples, better to have proof at end of day than to be just guessing, then work tru it.

But use a vet you get on with and remember rome wasnt built in a day ;)
