About ten years ago i had braces on my teeth&after 2 years my teeth were straight then i wore a retainer all the tine for 1 year followed by just at night time, on my final appointment my retainer was thrown in the bin as tge orthodontist explained i didnt need it anymore.

As the years have passed I noticed my teeth have moved slightly&I have spaces between teeth were they wer'nt before. I was just wondering(before making a consultation with an orthodontist) , does anyone have experience of this happening years after getting braces off? How much a retainer would cost?
