Planning to buy a Ford Focus Diesel

    I am planning to upgrade my Petrol to a Diesel car as I travel 100 miles round-trip each day. I am looking at the 1.6 or the 1.8 2008 diesel Focus. I have two car I am interested in. One is a 1.8 with 70K miles on clock with asking price of €7,600. The other is a 1.6 with 100K miles on the clock with asking price of €7,300. Do both of these seem reasonable? What should I look out for when going to see them? I would imagine that the timing belt should have been replaced already in both of these cars? Thanks

    What does the commute consist of? City, country rd or motorway
