ive an very itchy ewe, i had her in the other day thinking it may have been maggots, but no sign of any on her. she will be looking around allot and you will see her skin twitching, her tongue also pretty active. is this an early sign off sheep scab and what should i use to treat this ewe

you can swear it is scab if the tongue is going and i wouldnt think its in the early stages either, use a cydectin injection of a dip to cure it and you better do the others also

dectomax works here in one dose, others take a booster dose for some reason

cydectin doesnt need a second shot either, bimectin which is alot cheaper will work too but you need 2 doses 10 days apart. its not licensed for it but has the same ingredients and works well
