I have an odd query! I want to do some photos of the night sky and I was hoping for some advice on where to do it. I have a place to stay in Duncannon and was hoping somewhere within a reasonable drive would suit. Looking at the light pollution map below it seems there's a decent dark patch between Waterford and Wexford, maybe Ballyteige Burrow or thereabouts? I'd be afraid that Kilmore Quay might be too close though. Any suggestions on where I'd be best to find good dark skies would be helpful. Thanks!
