Oscail payment upfront

Happy with oscail courses etc but not happy that they require full payment this year compared to last year in which you could pay part of it when registering and the remainder next year. They changed it because a few tight students would not pay the 2nd instalment yet they treat all the other students that DID pay the same…

A bad way to treat people, not a good decision.
