Yes, you can. It's available to anyone who's over 18, unemployed and seeking full-time work. Though, you might need a letter from college confirming that you've finished your course and are no longer engaged with them.

Thanks for answer, I got a letter from college to confirm this.

And to be honest I was working some time only at summer for a few weeks, and then I had to come back to college. And just wondering do I have to indicate this on the Jobseekers Allowance form? Or better not too? As they would think that I was working such a small amount of time and will refuse me? Confused about this

It doesn't matter if you worked or not just fill it in honestly

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

If you were working im sure this can only help your cause, on the one hand you may have built up some stamps but this is unlikely and on the other hand it shows that you're willing to work no matter how few hours are on offer.

You will also be means tested if you live at home, they will take account of your parents income etc.

My daughter left college in June and Got JA but it is only 100e per week.
