Where are you based and have you receipt?Have you registered the unit on Garmin?

Thanks for your reply, appreciate it's a genuine one !

I'm still interested, but am concerned that if the problem in pairing with your phone is specific to your unit, that I wouldn't be able to pair my Samsung S3 with it. Live tracking is one of the key features of the 810 I'm interested in (have a 510) so if it doesn't pair with my phone, then I'd need to be able to at least return it to Garmin for a replacement unit.

Other than that it's working fine, has all chargers, mounts etc ?

I must admit I'm finding it hard to justify this one to myself even but if the receipt and all bits are available I could go to €260 posted !
