Velux Problem

Hi Hoping someone might be able to help - one of our velux windows was open the other day (bottom out) and was caught a bit by the wind. Pulled it back in and closed it but now when I try to open it again it wont stay open - feels heavy when I try to push it out. Any got any ideas/suggestions? Thanks

I would open it out and check hinges on both sides. May be not sitting properly or may have been damaged.
