Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I've got one ;)

You can actually open it without the tool - a couple of strips of metal or even wood can do it. Basically slot them into the "grooves" and twist

Drop me a PM and you can pop up some time - might even have a couple of batteries lying around

if you have a good grip you can open it by hand. Thats how I do it.

A strap wrench will do it.

Don't laugh but marigold gloves are the answer. You can take it off by hand with them. Tesco gloves may work too ;)

Looks like a powertap pro (pic is blurry). They take two EPX76 batteries. There is another similar sized battery that is much cheaper, but the life you get from them is much shorter.
