Message box problem

I've got a weird one and it's been happening for the last few days now and is making using the site kind of annoying.

I'm running Chrome on Windows 8: when I click any of the page elements when writing a new post, the page jumps to the top and doesn't perform the action of the thing I've clicked.

For example: I click any smiley button from the smileys panel to the right of the message box, the smiley code doesn't print, the message box I'm writing in loses focus and the page jumps to the top like I've just hit f5 or something (but I keep the rest of the message).

When I click submit (new thread or new post etc.), I have to click it twice. On the first click the page does that jumpy thing and doesn't respond. (Clicking the smileys many times never works though believe me I've clicked the crap out of them!)

Same thing with other page elements (title box, tags box, misc options check boxes)

Anyone else get this?! It's really quite annoying and the site is working fine in IE10 :(

I have adblock plus installed but have tried disabling that to no avail.

Edit: I've just been clicking around like a mad man on the new post page and have noticed the page jump error only occurs when I am writing in the main message box and click on something else or vice versa, but not when I don't hit the message box at all when interacting with the page. E.g. if I am writing a thread title, and click straight on the tags box the page is fine:

So clicking any element and then the message box jumps the page and vice versa, meaning it's most likely a problem just with the message box.

Did you guys change anything regarding the message box recently?

No, haven't changed anything regarding the message box recently.

I'll stick it on the list now, we'll get around to it as soon as we can. Thanks for the report

Okay thanks, I'd be really interested if ANYONE has the same issue with Chrome, maybe I'm just being crazy... :D

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
