Fuel Log App

After reading this thread, I started to look for an App on my iPhone to log my fuel costs.

There seem to be many available. Some will calculate your MPG, some will remember fuel prices and even servicing time/mileage and allow to set alarms.

I really like the look of the Gas Cubby except that it only seems to use imperial units. I'm from eastern Europe and would prefer metric system.

So the question is - have you ever used any of them? Can you recommend me one?

I've used "fuel log 3" on iPhone for years. It's free.
I'm not too gone on the latest revamp of the app but I do still recommend it. no gimmicks or anything. just straight forward.

    Did I mention free?

I use Road Trip, in addition to MPG it tracks fuel prices, mileage, service costs, general expenses. All data is date stamped so its easy to analyse expenses over any period you specify. You can use it to track multiple cars data, i've been tracking mine and OH for past few years. last thing is it has a back up function, to email or dropbox.

I think I'll give it a try. Can you change units in it?

yes you can. I forgot to say you can also geotag whenever you fill up or add an expense, maybe useful if you're keen on recording a roadtrip route.
