I see allot of 'repair' places in Dublin, but I think 'restoration' is more what I am looking for.

I just got an antique Raleigh bike that needs some work.

    Suggestions?

A client was throwing out a similar enough bike but maybe not quite as old. I've the same cranks & pedals on it & can't get it right. Brought it lbs. They just tightened them but the minute you pedal they become loose. I was thinking of welding the cranks to bracket. Has anyone done this before by any chance.

    Thanks for suggestions.

Know of anywhere in Dublin that would lovingly and carefully restore the bike?
