Due to a head wound I've lost vision in my right eye. Also my right eye is canted to the right.

I was wondering if this offset on my right eye can be corrected, and if so how?

Be sure and raise your concerns with the Doctor treating your injury. Ask for an Ophthalmologist opinion if you have not had one already.

A strabismus/turn in your eye can be helped with excerises, spectacles and surgery where suitable. Sometimes the treatment can be purely to straighten the eye even if no improvement in vision is possible.

    Cheers for that.
