depends on how much you can afford to spend. try to go for a quicke if you can with softride and parrell lift (you'll be used to that from the digger). quicke seem to making branded loaders for most of the tractor manufacturers these days for changing from tractor to tractor is a lot easier. that way if and when you change the tractor you can swap over the loader easy enough

With brackets and plumping, probably no change from €4500.

Best loader probably a Quicke Q960.

Cheers thanks yea was lookin gat around 5K.
For a quicke 960 would that be new or second hand?

I priced a Rossmore FL85 and would be 6,700 fitted with joystick etc.

heard a few lads have had issues with rossmores when trying change the tractor. the frames for some makes are difficult the get on but that shouldnt be as much of a problem with NH. that said plenty of them round here and its nice to buy irish too. wouldnt be as heavy duty as the equivlant quicke so wouldnt be a like for like comparison to the JCB's loader

That Quicke would be second hand - you would be looking at a Quicke Q56 I think to be similar to it but new.

That is likely to be much more expensive than the Rossmore though.
