Implant/prosthodontist recommendation for an extremely nervous patient

Due to a VERY bad experience with a dentist almost 20 years ago I have been avoiding them like the plaque unless it has been an emergency (extreme pain). The last dentist I went to told me he wouldn't be able to see me again (due to hyperventilating and having a bit of a panic attack in his chair) and said I really should be sedated for treatment. The result is I need 2 implants and I don't want to put it off any longer.

Like most people, cost is a factor but I don't want to travel abroad. I would be willing to travel to Northern Ireland as I live fairly close to the border but if there's a better service in Dublin then so be it.

Can anybody please pm me recommendations for a prosthodontist in the Dublin/Meath/Louth or Northern Ireland area? Ideally Newry but willing to go as far as Belfast if needs be. Again, it doesn't have to be the cheapest, but I'm looking for quality work and if anybody had some ballpark prices I would be very grateful.
