Hi all,
Just a kind request if anyone has any info on a Mr Patrick J McGrath (senior) Quarter Master D Company Second Battn IRA confirmed on the GPO roll during the easter uprising.it would be greatfully received and I would love to hear from you !! I am aware that his medals were officially numbered and named. Hence he was dead at the date of their award in 1941. He was awarded the 1935 armband.
Interesting that a PATRICK J McGrath was executed in 1940 ...could this be the same easter uprising vet ??
