Yes. PAYG with 3 - all you can eat data for €20 per month.

We used it for 2 months in the summer for broadband when on holidays, and it worked very well.

Free calls at weekends too.

Sorry I meant dongle broadband for a laptop.

If you have a phone that can act as a wifi hotspot you can take the 3 option - worked a treat for me (used laptop, ipad and other iphone simultaneously over the wifi hotspot)
