Cycling Holiday October or November

I've a few days holidays to use up. Any recommendations for cycling holidays. Looking to do at least 100k per day, good food, good weather, good accommodation. Not too bothered how much it costs so long as its not crazy expensive. 1500 for the week would be tops. Any ideas.
