    These transponders are listed as clear but on Kingofsat is listed as

    DVB-S2
    PLS: Root+8 8PSK ACM/VCM
    Stream 2

    what do you need to view these transponders?

    There are a good few of those TPs around some of them with just data.

    Its Mediaset and yes you need a PCie tuner card/specific USB DVB-S tuner ( 6925 TBS PCIe/TBS 5925 USB) and special software. And no that specific USB SVB-S2 tuner doesn't work under E2 right now.
