Just a quick question. How many people use whey protein/creatine regularly, and how much do you use?

use creatine on and off normally take it for 3 months and then a break off it im not as botherd on it as much as protein but if i have a few euro i would splash out on it. i think it an over rated supp but certainly not to be wrote off

5-7g of creatine per day and 5 kg of whey per month. A 3 or 4 scoop shake in the morning and a 6 scoop shake at night. Years ago I would've had just 2 scoops a day and every time my weights leveled off I've added a scoop.
It beats the hell out of eating 6 meals every day to get the same level of protein intake

MORE! Basically I dont have an actual set target, I'm past all that worrying about how many grams of each macro I'm taking in. The easiest and also cheapest way to reliably and consistently increase my protein intake is to have 1 more scoop, boom done.
I suppose I'm probably up to 300g+ now which at 90kg is I suppose average when trying to gain size

Two protein shakes a day, one heaped scoop per shake, optimum nutrition, gold standard whey (delicious strawberry).
