For the last 3 years my tanco loader has been on my ford 7740 but it has taken its toll now that the front knuckles are gone in the front well but now repaired.I then looked at my loader it has 3 hoses at one side 2 at the other all quick release and the pin at either side. But I have no stand. Is it big hassel to put it on it off.I see a lot of farmers doing it it would also be saving the tractor. Does anyone have ideas for me. The loader is annoying on the road when you don't need it hopefully somone can help

No major hassle at all but they are a light enough loader so unless you are leaving a grab or something on it don't see how Ypu can say it will solve that problem from happening again.

Lifting the loader is single acting, tilt and the third service are double acting hence the 5 pipes.

Could one person do it. But also does it slip down any bit when it is standing.because I had the original stand for the loader and it used to slip down a inch.but it was light. But now I would say it can be made stronger...

    Here's one I made earlier.

I've not actually used it for removing the loader as I'm overhauling another loader to go on the tractor, but it works a treat with the adjustable height. I welded a nut on instead of the jockey wheel crank as it was hitting the nose of the tractor.

If you tilt the loader downwards the drop will make no difference.

Did it here with one person no problem but haven't taken off a loader for nearly 3 years now!

Here is a pic just after popping a tyre today moving a bale with my 978. They are heavy. I have to build a stack of 9 inch blocks under it as an improvised stand every time I take it off. Don't take it off much.
