Problem with clinic

    I dont know why my thread was removed without any reason but ok.

    So my mom is getting an Ilness benefit, however she used to take the receipt from her private (?) medical clinic, but the receptionist who claimed that he is an owner said without any reason that she is a wh*re and she will be removed from a clinic, he said this without any reason, what we could do in this case? Could he remove her? also shes was very hard working women but she will be putted on surgery list and we are just waiting for operation, but my question is how we can make a complaint about this clinic? Please answer Igor
