    For a seperate incident?

    How do you face 8 charges nearly a year after the fact but drive around in the meantime then get disqualified for something else?

    Because some of the 8 charges must have been mandatory court appearances which means he's deemed innocent until proven guilty. Clearly he didn't learn his lesson from the first incident and ended up getting banned.
