"Junior" Recurve Bow - Advice

Hi all.

Our young 'un has been shooting for almost a year now and is looking to upgrade her bow which is currently this one::

It's is a 54" 16lb (24" riser).

We were looking at something like this::

She's looking to increase the draw weight to 20/22lbs as she's finding the 16lb too easy to use and she's also struggling with the distance shooting (and maybe increase from a 54" to max. 58"). I guess that's what growing does to you!!! She also wants something that looks a bit more trendy:D

Anybody have any thoughts on these bows or can recommend something similar for her?

Why not just buy some new limbs?

Yes new limbs would be the cheapest option

Yes I agree new limbs would be the cheaper option, however, she's saving up like mad and really wants something different to her current one lol.

We'll see if we can convince her.

What age is she and what's her drawn length. We actually sprayed our little girls riser red and increased the limbs and After a few months she then got her hoyt excel 21in riser n limbs. If you are upgrading I would got for a riser that takes international fitting limbs.
