Sources described lots 2 and 3 as "grazing land"

    Journalism at it's very best.

I had a look on the net and didnt find where it is advertised. Buy it keep it for a few years and sell back to Johnny to take profit. Sheds would make decent bedded cattle pens. how about Teagasc buy it and set up an indoor milking herd

But aren't his wife and niece still in residence. That could be iffy.

And they waited until Gilligan himself is out next month. Wouldn't fancy him hanging round.

I don't think I'd take a gift of the place. Life's too short, and I'd say he'd shorten it a bit more if you snap up his pride and joy for a bargain.

I would in my hole! Not looking for a few broken kneecaps or a bullet in the head

I bet Gilligan would put up the money if you agreed to buy it for him and you might get a few years free grazing until he could take it back

State should retain or purchase it and either use for something useful or plant it. No member of the public should be exposed to the risk of Gilligan or his buddies getting nasty.

T'would make a good donkey sanctuary!!!

im buying it and opening a halting site, Johnny mightnt be such a hard man with a couple of hundred boyos around. Could have a auction each weekend in the equestrian centre to sell of the items collected around the country during the week

What has it all been used for over the past few years?

I guess all lying to waste and just topped once a year?

Fine shed though, ideal for storage, no air for stock though..

I would buy it if i had 500 k spared the shed alone is worth that I would remove everything out of the place, steel is a good price at the moment level all the buildings and set the land for tillage, once the big shed is gone it will be just another plot of land in the area.
