Old Footage/Newsreels.

13-09-2013 12:51pm#1OK, I couldn't think up a better title than this. Recently I discovered a YouTube channel for British Pathé, in which they have an archive of old footage and newsreels. Some are excellent, some are scary, and some are just downright bizarre.
Here are some of my favourites -

Basicall this guy, Franz Reichelt, is testing out the very first design of his parachute by jumping from the Eiffel Tower. Seemingly somebody asked whether he should do it first using a dummy, but he said no.

Man, I'd give anything to drive one of these bad boys!
